Piazzo joins "I Borghi più belli d’Italia"

An important milestone for Biella: on the morning of Saturday 11 April 2026 Piazzo received official recognition and was added to the national network of "I Borghi più belli d’Italia". The ceremony took place at Palazzo Gromo Losa with local institutions and association representatives in attendance.

The designation highlights the historic, cultural and landscape value of the village and opens new opportunities for tourism promotion across the Biella area.

Admission to the national network is expected to support sustainable conservation efforts, cultural programming and improved visitor services in the historic centre.
