Hogre in San Lorenzo: “Color Mentira”

On 17 and 18 April 2026 the independent venue Porte Rosse (via dei Sabelli 8, San Lorenzo) hosts Color Mentira – the colour of lies, a solo exhibition by Rome-based artist Hogre. The show presents works made between 2023 and 2026 through collaborations with print studios in Colombia and other international contexts.

The artist's practice offers a critical reinterpretation of advertising codes: slogans, icons and packaging are repurposed and subverted to question economic and social mechanisms while retaining the visual force typical of commercial imagery.
