How it works and who can apply
Associations and organizations can visit the website of their chosen museum to check the participation criteria set by each institution and request the "suspended" tickets. Free admission is available from 18 May 2026 until each museum's allocation of tickets is exhausted.
Project context and goals
The initiative is part of the IncluVisity program, launched by Lavazza to redesign museum experiences with an inclusive approach, offering routes for visitors with sensory, cognitive and communication needs. Started in 2023, the network continues to grow and now includes numerous national and international institutions committed to accessible visitation.
Why take part
- Concrete opportunity to broaden cultural participation for vulnerable groups.
- Free access for those who meet the participation criteria defined by partner museums.
- Part of a broader effort to remove physical and cultural barriers to museum visitation.
Practical note: check the chosen museum's website for request procedures and admission criteria before submitting an application.
