National Day of Historic Houses 2026 — Lombardy

Sunday 24 May 2026 sees Lombardy join the national celebration of historic residences, offering special access to private homes, courtyards and gardens. The 2026 theme is "Custodians of the future. A living heritage for shared value."

Open houses and practical details

• Villa dei Tasso – La Celadina (Bergamo): visit the courtyard, oratory and ground-floor salons. Hours: free entry 10:00-12:00 and 14:30-17:30. Guided tour (contribution required) at 16:30; booking required by email: [email protected].

• Courtyards Open — Milan: as part of the 16th edition, historic courtyards and inner spaces of Milanese palaces are open. Free access with guided tours run by volunteers from the Association's Youth Group. Hours: 10:00-18:00.
