Franciacorta in Fiore 2026: Bornato's historic village turns into a garden

From 15 to 17 May 2026 the village of Bornato, a hamlet of Cazzago San Martino (BS), becomes a diffused garden. Now in its 27th edition, the event connects flowers, landscape and local craftsmanship to highlight the Franciacorta area.

What to see and do

The exhibition route winds through courtyards, historic farmhouses and period buildings. Top attractions include:

• Castello Orlando: floral installations, guided tours and Franciacorta wine tastings combined with castle visits.
• Palio della Rosa and a medieval market in the moat, featuring archers and traditional craft demonstrations.
• Silent Flower Party: an evening silent disco among the vineyards for an atmospheric nighttime experience (limited capacity).
• Hands-on workshops about beekeeping, botanical perfumes, floral crochet and children’s activities.
• Themed tastings dedicated to honey, citrus, roses and extra virgin olive oil; a food truck area in Piazza Don Piero Verzeletti.
