Guided hike across the San Rossore estate to the sea

Join a guided route that reveals the most preserved areas of the San Rossore estate. The trail passes through floodplain woods, ponds, pine forests and dunes before reaching the wild and evocative Gombo Beach along the Tuscan coast.

• Date: June 28, 2026
• Meeting time: 09:30 at the San Rossore Visitor Centre (Loc. Cascine Vecchie). Departure by 10:00.
• Duration: 7 hours (expected return 17:00)
• Route: guided loop
• Group size: min 10 - max 25 participants
• Lunch: packed lunch
• Dogs: not allowed
• Fee: €25 full / €17 reduced (ages 6-18 and university students). Fee includes authorized guide and access ticket to the Park's highest-protection Zone A.
• How to get there: from Pisa city centre by bus Line 26 to Cascine Vecchie
• What to bring: trekking or trail shoes, at least 1.5 L water, snacks, packed lunch, waterproof clothing. Recommended: binoculars, camera, insect repellent.
