Concert for the 31st anniversary of the Museo Civico

On Saturday 9 May 2026 at 17:00 the Quartetto Doré will perform in the Chiostro di Santa Croce (via Cavour 5) to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the Museo Civico and the Gipsoteca Bistolfi. The event combines live music with museum access and admission is free.

To mark the anniversary, free access will be available to the Museo Civico collections, the Gipsoteca Bistolfi and the exhibition "Qui si fa l'Italia. La figura dell'eroe da Bistolfi a Baroni" at the following times:

• From 10:30 to 13:00
• From 15:00 until the concert begins

The Quartetto Doré—Ilaria Taioli and Samuele Di Gioia (violins), Salvatore Emanuel Borrelli (viola) and Caterina Vannoni (cello)—was formed in 2021 and performs at festivals and music institutions nationally and internationally. The concert is part of the Festival Echos program and is organized in collaboration with the Fondazione Stauffer of Cremona.

If there is bad weather, the performance will move to the Chiesa di San Paolo (via Mameli).
