Cilento Tastes 2026: territory at the centre of tradition and innovation

From 1 to 3 May 2026 the Next venue in Capaccio Paestum (Salerno) will host the fourth edition of Cilento Tastes, organised by Cilentox100 ETS to promote territorial value and Cilento tourism through food and culture.

The event highlights local food artisans and traditional products while addressing contemporary consumption trends linked to the Mediterranean diet. Registrations for exhibitors remain open with limited availability.

• Exhibitors: up to 100 local producers offering tastings and direct sales.
• Spazio Cultura Cilento: an area for local administrations to present tourism offers, events and cultural identity.
• Arena Cilento: in partnership with Chef House Academy, dedicated to peasant chefs, demonstrations and storytelling of culinary traditions.
• Cantina Cilento: in collaboration with the Consorzio Vini Salerno, offering regional wine tastings.
• Programme: six masterclasses on wine, oil and cured meats, family activities and free Kids Labs; evening concerts and Mediterranean cultural events.
• Ticket-token: entrance fee convertible into tokens for purchases and tastings.

Linda Auricchio, the event director, says the initiative intends to protect small food artisans and strengthen the network among producers, institutions and tourism operators to tell the story of Cilento through food, crafts and culture.
