The village turns into a hub of local taste with "Carciofo nel Borgo": a distributed food trail celebrating the artichoke. Local traders present traditional dishes and creative reinterpretations, offering an authentic experience among medieval streets and regional specialties.

Food trail: highlights

• Bender: lampredotto sandwich with sautéed artichokes.
• Sus’Anna: artichoke lasagna, crepes and traditional Easter pie (torta pasqualina).
• Delizie di Mare: lasagna with artichokes and salmon.
• Gianna Tutta Panna: artichoke ice cream in two versions (parmesan crisp; rosemary and thistle honey).
• Nomine Rosae: gourmet tartare burger with stracciatella and caramelized artichokes.
• Don't miss the schiaccia campigliese, the area's traditional sweet.

• Piazza del Mercato – opens at 10:00 with breakfast options and first tastings.

• Afternoon – Piazza della Repubblica hosts the Kamiarè for a musical journey across Argentina, Italy and South America.
