Bologna hosts Cammino dei Briganti at "Passo dopo passo"

Passo dopo passo, Italy's first fair dedicated to slow tourism, is taking place at DumBo in Bologna and offers three days of training and activities aimed at guides, operators and walkers. The event, which ends on April 19, highlights walking routes as tools for discovering territory and promoting sustainable tourism.

The Cammino dei Briganti is present with its own stand alongside other organizations, including Compagnia dei Cammini. Visitors can meet operators, environmental guides and the route's creator, Luca Gianotti.

  • Event structure: three days featuring 36 sessions including talks, workshops and urban walks.
  • On-the-ground experiences: excursions on the Via degli Dei and to the San Luca hill.
  • Main appointment: Luca Gianotti presents his new book "Arriva dove non puoi – La traversata di Creta a piedi" (Ediciclo Editore) on April 19 at 12:45.

Cammino dei Briganti's presence in Bologna is part of a presentation tour for Gianotti's new book, aimed at conveying how long-distance walking can become a transformative personal and collective experience. The fair also offers training and networking opportunities for professionals in slow tourism.
