La Tenda association launches season of music, tradition and local flavours in Parete

The La Tenda association kicks off a new series of cultural events in Parete between April and May. The programme mixes popular music, comedy, well-known guests and promotion of local produce, with free admission.

• 24-25 April – 11th edition of the Festa della Tammorra, held across two days for the first time: eight musical collectives from Campania will perform in the town’s villa comunale, set up as a natural open-air theatre.
• 15-17 May – 10th edition of the Festa della Fragola (12th if including the two initial “Fragola Day” events): highlights include La Murga and DJ Carlo Carità (15/5), comedian Mariano Bruno with Villa PerBene (16/5), and a finale with Cristina D’Avena (17/5).

Alongside stage shows, the festival programme features conferences, gastronomic trails, educational visits and a food area focusing on street food that blends tradition and innovation. The events receive support from the Municipality of Parete, the Campania Region and key agricultural organisations.
