Art Nouveau Week 2026 takes place in Italy from 8 to 14 July and offers an extensive program devoted to the floral and decorative language of the early 20th century. Organized by Italia Liberty and curated by Andrea Speziali, the festival features exhibitions, guided tours, lectures and special openings at multiple locations.

The international scientific committee selected the sea as the guiding theme for 2026, while World Art Nouveau Day will highlight the role of the woman. The marine and natural imagery resonates strongly with the work of movement figures such as Gaudí and Lechner.
Art Nouveau Week features more than 700 events across 300+ cities worldwide. Activities include:
An international catalogue of over 1,000 pages will be published alongside the festival, documenting more than 40,000 Art Nouveau buildings globally. The 2027 guiding theme has been announced as stone, which will shape future events.
