Annecy, Vicenza and Water: photography exhibition

From 16 May to 10 June 2026 Palazzo Trissino hosts an exhibition born from an international open call, pairing works produced in the twin cities of Annecy and Vicenza. The project explores water as an identifying element — resource, memory and landscape that connects communities and territories.

The opening ceremony will take place on Saturday 16 May at 10:00 in the courtyard of Palazzo Trissino, with local representatives in attendance; awards for selected authors will be presented during the event.

What to expect

The show features 48 single photographs (24 per city) and 8 portfolios of 6 images each, chosen by separate juries from the two twin cities. The selected works present varied, contemporary perspectives on the relationship between people and their environment.
