Spazio Holo presents Anarchy, a global photographic collective bringing together more than 400 photographers. The exhibition, focused on black-and-white imagery and a variety of visual approaches, is staged simultaneously in four cities: Olbia, Tokyo, Northampton and Versailles.
The curatorial theme explores anarchic freedom as a creative stance: artists address diverse subjects — portraits, urban and natural landscapes, animals, still life — using styles that range from narrative photography to experimental works. A total of 429 selected pieces will be on display, offering a wide cross-section of contemporary viewpoints.
The show aims to promote contemporary photography and create opportunities for exchange between emerging and established photographers. For visitors it’s a chance to explore international trends and to see how black-and-white imagery can reveal form, contrast and narrative essence.
Practical tips: attend the opening to meet curators and some artists; allow at least an hour to view the exhibition given the number of works; check Spazio Holo’s channels for any updates on schedules or related events.
