The Festa dei Folli turns Corinaldo—one of Italy's most picturesque villages—into a living stage for three days. Contemporary circus, street theatre, diverse musical acts and participatory activities animate alleys, squares and public spaces. The festival is designed to promote the historic centre while engaging residents and visitors in shared, itinerant experiences.

Highlights

• Friday 24 April: opening street performances such as Rufino – Gran Teatro Dentro and appearances by the duo Barbadicapra. Evening music includes the band Kurnalcool and a dj set by Morru.
• Saturday 25 April: the main day with a full schedule—Totem Tango, Improlocura, the intimate minitheatre Il Respiro della Manovella and historical talks reflecting on local events.
• Sunday 26 April: participatory shows, flag-waver performances by Tradizione Futura, acrobatics and juggling with visiting companies, and a closing live set by singer-songwriter Comelinchiostro.

Participatory projects and extras

• FDF Originals: initiatives like the Passaporto da Matto, the TSO – Find, Discover, Observe trail and the Posta dei Matti mailbox project.
• Giant marble run on the Piaggia, a spring market, workshops, educational corners (Un Pianeta da Salvare) and activities for families.
• Guided walks, local food stands and wellbeing sessions to explore the surrounding area.

Practical information

Free parking and a dedicated camper area will be available. Food and craft markets are on site, and covered venues can host events in case of rain. Visitors are encouraged to move on foot within the borgo to reach the many scattered performances.

The Festa dei Folli is produced by Combusta Revixi together with regional and local partners, aiming to combine performing arts and community participation to enhance the historic village.
