Vallebona hosts EuroApe 2026: international rally of the Ape
The historic village of Vallebona will host EuroApe 2026, the meeting dedicated to the iconic Piaggio three-wheeler, celebrating 80 years of the Ape and 20 years of the Ape Club d'Italia. The event aims to showcase the town's historic center, local products and hospitality.
What to expect
- Saturday, 18 April: tastings of Riviera dei Fiori products, live music, guided tours in the historic center and activities across squares and alleys.
- Opening of the exhibition "20 years of Ape Club d'Italia" at the Area Arte in the Town Hall.
- Evening Ape-ritivo (from 18:30) pairing local specialties with band music. Many activities are free to the public.
- Sunday, 19 April: ApeParade, a procession of Ape vehicles starting from Vallebona at 10:00, travelling scenic Riviera roads with an official stop in Seborga; the parade will end in Seborga, and participants will continue to Camporosso for the final lunch.
Practical information
- Dates: 18–19 April 2026.
- Access: free shuttles on Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00 departing and returning to Bordighera station square, with stops at the Garden, Borghetto San Nicolò and arrival in central Vallebona at the Ape Village.
- For Ape owners: participants with an Ape can access dedicated parking, receive a gadget and join the Sunday parade.
- Admission: many public activities are free of charge.

- Arrive early on busy days and use the shuttle service to avoid parking issues in the historic center.
- Take part in guided tours to discover the village's streets and local specialties (Taggiasca olives, DOC wines, orange blossom water, traditional sweets).
