Palazzo Sorbello will host an experiential evening that blends history, wine and theatre. "Last Toast" is a multisensory event showcasing three emblematic Umbrian grape varieties through a guided tasting led by sommelier Alessandro Picottini, with gastronomic pairings designed to enhance each wine.

Program

• 5:30 PM – Optional guided tour of the Palazzo Sorbello House Museum (recommended to learn more about the historical setting).
• 6:00 PM – Sensory tasting presenting the three varieties: Grechetto (Cantina Peppucci), Grenache/Gamay del Trasimeno (Cantina Madrevite) and the rare Grero (Cantina Bennicelli).
• During the evening – A theatrical twist: a staged murder will turn guests into investigators who collect clues and analyze evidence within the museum's architectural spaces.

The event is organised in collaboration with Pinturicchio Café+Kitchen and Via del Vino Tours, aiming to tell the story of the territory through its flavours and the museum heritage.
