Tramonto DiVino 2026: the food and wine festival in villages and historic squares
Tramonto DiVino returns for summer 2026 with a program that highlights authentic villages, historic squares and coastal venues. Evenings are dedicated to regional wines and DOP/IGP products, presented by sommeliers, chefs and local producers to showcase territory, tradition and culinary innovation.
Evening format: each stop is designed as a single-night event, typically from 19:30 to 23:30, turning iconic locations into arenas of taste.
Main program and selected stops
- 20 June 2026 — Fiscaglia (FE): preview in the new park of the Sanctuary of Madonna della Corba, focusing on Albana, Sangiovese, Lambrusco, Malvasia and Ferrara's native varieties; pairings prepared with the local hospitality institute.
- 10 July 2026 — Scandiano (RE): tastings in the courtyard of the Rocca di Arceto, highlighting Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP and Reggio Lambrusco.
- 18 July 2026 — Riccione (RN): Tramonto DiVino in Villa, aimed at tourists and Riviera visitors; featuring Piadina Romagnola IGP and Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP, with show cooking and local sparkling wines.
- 24 July 2026 — Cervia (RA): special Craft Gin Summer Fest stop, pairing artisanal gins, vermouth and regional certified products between the Torre San Michele and the historic salt warehouses.
- 7 August 2026 — Cesenatico (FC): the classic Tramonto DiVino on the Sea in Piazza Spose Marinai, presented in a Gourmet version with Patata di Bologna DOP starring in a chef-created dish.
What to expect
- Tastings: more than 30 wine types (DOC, DOCG, IGT) and around 1,000 labels across the tour, with approximately 400 labels available at each stop.
- Typical products: a selection of 45 DOP and IGP items paired and showcased by chefs and hospitality school students.
- Guidance and service: AIS sommeliers for pouring and wine storytelling, supported by regional guides and apps to navigate aromas, areas and pairings.
- Cultural experience: storytelling, show cooking and meetings with producers to learn about the history and techniques behind local specialties.
