History and Description
Built in three successive phases — the Chalcolithic, Early Bronze, and Middle Bronze Ages — the Tomb is made of local granite and features a semicircular front exedra with upright slabs, an arched stele (one of the tallest in Sardinia), and a funerary corridor with vertical slabs and a granite floor. Inside, numerous funerary artifacts were found, now preserved in the G. A. Sanna Museum in Sassari.
Curiosities
Part of a much broader archaeological context, the Giants’ Tomb of Arzachena is notable for the semicircular shape of its exedra, which is believed to have been designed to capture telluric currents used during ritual ceremonies.

As part of the Archaeological Park of Arzachena, the site can be visited for €4, with free and reduced admission on specific occasions.
