Siena: FMS Academy launches internships for six recent graduates in local museums

The Fondazione Musei Senesi has launched the FMS Academy, a program for recent graduates under 30 that combines classroom training with practical internships at museums across the Siena network. The initiative aims to develop operational skills in heritage management, communication and audience engagement.

• Denise Latrofa (Bari, 2001) – visual arts management: assigned to the Museo del Paesaggio (Castelnuovo Berardenga).
• Giulia Mozzini (Montepulciano, 1996) – art history and digital museology: assigned to the Pinacoteca Crociani (Montepulciano).
• Maddalena Postinger (Trento, 2001) – education and outreach: active at the Museo Civico Archeologico e della Collegiata (Casole d'Elsa).
• Veronica Quagliata (Messina, 1997) – art history and cultural tourism: placed in the Civic Collections of the Municipality of Siena.
