The Fondazione Musei Senesi has launched the FMS Academy, a program for recent graduates under 30 that combines classroom training with practical internships at museums across the Siena network. The initiative aims to develop operational skills in heritage management, communication and audience engagement.

Duration and funding
Internships start with a six-month placement, extendable by a further six months. The project is financed by the regional FSE+ Toscana 2021–2027 program under the Giovanisì initiative and involves local authorities and territorial partners.
