Girolamini Library Reopens

The Girolamini Library in Naples has reopened: visitors can tour the historic rooms, including the Sala Camino and Sala Vico, and view the exhibition Southern Renaissance.

Curated by Antonella Cucciniello and Teresa D’Urso, the exhibition reconstructs Andrea Matteo III Acquaviva’s book collection through loans and the core of illuminated manuscripts preserved in the Library. The multimedia display was designed and produced by Kaos Produzioni.

• Opening hours: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–18:30 (last entry 17:30); Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 08:30–13:30 (last entry 12:15); closed on Mondays and on free admission days.
• Tickets: access is limited with 40 tickets released every 45 minutes; full price €15.00 (reduced €2.00; free according to ministerial provisions).
