For three days Sansepolcro becomes a dedicated stage for pasta, balancing heritage and innovation. The festival brings together local producers, professional chefs and artisans to promote the culinary history and the historic centre of the village.
Key programme highlights:
The event features thirty chefs, including seven Michelin-starred professionals, and guests from the pastry and culinary world. Inclusion is a focus, with a dedicated masterclass for allergen-free, gluten-free and plant-based pasta to ensure accessibility for visitors with dietary restrictions.
Local engagement is central: hospitality students, artisans and senior home cooks bring living traditions to the festival. Additional activities include a competition for the best artisanal Vin Santo and a live painting session inspired by pasta.
