Porchettiamo 2026: porchetta takes center stage in Todi

From 22 to 24 May 2026 Todi becomes the setting for the 16th edition of Porchettiamo, the Festival of Italy’s porchettas, held for the first time through the town’s historic center.

The three-day programme combines tastings by master porchetta makers, performances, show cookings and initiatives that strengthen the link between the product and local culture.

• Piazza delle Porchette (Piazza del Popolo): regional porchetta interpretations by top artisans.
• Enoteca under the Voltoni: 30 selected wineries offering wine pairings with porchetta.
• Porchettiamo&Friends (Parco della Rocca Beverly Pepper): street food area, music, DJ sets, family zone and cocktails.
• Show cooking: highlights include “Porchetta Ramen” by Chef Hiro, a contemporary reinterpretation.
• Cultural experiences: guided visits, urban treks, bike tours and tastings of local olive oil, wine and craft beer.

The festival frames porchetta as cultural heritage and an experiential tourism driver, blending rural traditions with modern culinary experimentation.
