Palazzo Visconti in Milan: guided tours and installation for Milan Design Week 2026

In the heart of the Durini district, between San Babila and the historic centre, Palazzo Visconti opens to the public with guided visits and an exhibition project that contrasts contemporary furniture with eighteenth-century interiors.

What to see

  • Frescoed rooms and rococo decorations that define the palace’s historic interiors.
  • The ballroom, renowned for its ornate ceilings and fine decorative work.
  • MONOCHROME AFFINITY. Chapter 2, an installation curated by Migliore+Servetto for NEUTRA: contemporary pieces placed to interact with natural materials such as marble and the palace’s historic surfaces.

Hours: 21–26 April 2026: 10:00–20:00; 27 April 2026 (Monday): 10:00–18:00.

  • Capacity: about 300 seats for plated lunch/dinner events; up to 360 seats in theatre configuration.
  • Available services: photo and video shooting, hostesses/stewards, historical guide, technical services for projections and lighting, simultaneous translation, musical entertainment and floral arrangements.
