Paolo Fontana presents a solo exhibition at Sofi Gallery in Bergamo that investigates the interplay of light, material and memory. The works, ranging from luminous landscapes to heavily textured compositions, invite visitors into an intimate path where nature reflects inner states.
The exhibition combines two strands of the artist's research: contemplative, light-filled views on one side and more gestural, dense pieces on the other, which convey personal emotions and transformations. Mixed techniques including acrylic, resins, gold powder and mother-of-pearl animate richly textured surfaces where color and light take center stage.
The show provides moments of contemplation alongside works of strong expressive intensity: recommended for lovers of contemporary painting, curators and anyone interested in the material and luminous possibilities of contemporary pictorial language.
