European Night of Museums at Palazzo Collicola

When: Saturday 23 May 2026, evening hours 18:00–22:30. Palazzo Collicola in Spoleto hosts an evening focused on the connection between a monumental site, historical memory and contemporary practices.

Evening program

• 18:00 – Talk in the series Vita minore. San Francesco and the sanctity of contemporary art. The curator presents Jannis Kounellis's Untitled (1969) and leads visitors to discover the original manifesto on display, followed by a guided tour.

• 21:00 – Visit to the solo exhibition Agraria by Franco Troiani, curated by Saverio Verini. The show marks the artist's eightieth birthday and forty years of STUDIO A'87, featuring wooden works and found materials, including a new piece created for the occasion.

• Night – Site-specific performance in the inner courtyard: Mouth Out – Voices from the Palace by Fabio Giorgi Alberti, approximately 15 minutes of collective action where painted mouths on canvas come to life through voices and the rhythm of a bass drum.
