South Tyrol provincial museums open for Pentecost: hours, exhibitions and special visits

  • South Tyrol Archaeological Museum — hours 10:00-18:00. In addition to the permanent collection featuring Ötzi, the temporary exhibition Under Propaganda examines archaeology’s relationship with 20th-century regimes.
  • Provincial Mining Museum — Ridanna, Predoi and Cadipietra sites open. Ridanna restores historic machinery; Predoi operates a mine train into the Sant’Ignazio gallery with access to the underground climate center; Cadipietra presents miners' everyday life.
