Exhibitions in Rome (27–29 March 2026): key closures and practical information

If you're planning museum visits in Rome this weekend, note the exhibitions closing and the main openings still on display. Two shows end on Sunday, 29 March 2026, while important retrospectives continue with extended hours at times.

Exhibitions closing this weekend

  • From Pop to Eternity – Mark Kostabi at La Vaccheria "Casa della Pop Art", via Giovanni L'Eltore 35 (Municipio IX). Final days: closes Sunday 29 March 2026. A last opportunity to see this pop-oriented collection before it closes.
  • Corpi reali, corpi immaginati at the Centro della Fotografia in Testaccio. Last open day: Sunday 29 March 2026 (closed on Tuesdays).

Free exhibitions and guided visits

  • Free guided tours to Greece in Rome (Capitoline Museums, Villa Caffarelli) on Sunday 29 March: 11:30 (Italian) and 16:30 (English). Reservation required at 060608. Limited places (max 25 participants per tour).
  • Free entry: Esteban Vicente at the Instituto Cervantes (Sala Dalí) until 2 May; Roma Terzo Millennio at Spazio WeGil until 30 June, open daily 10:00–19:00.
