The thirtieth edition of Monumenti Aperti opens more than 800 sites across 18 regions and about 100 communities. The initiative gives public access to historic and cultural sites through guided tours, themed routes and events designed for a broad audience.

Monumenti Aperti implements targeted accessibility measures, free services and accessibility mapping. Schools, cultural groups and volunteers contribute with workshops, performances and educational activities that turn visits into shared experiences.
Over thirty years the initiative has achieved important milestones: more than 4,241,000 guided visits, roughly 175,700 students engaged, 63,500 volunteers mobilized and thousands of monuments reopened across over 200 municipalities. These figures highlight heritage as a tool for social engagement and active citizenship.
