The third edition of Family Month, promoted by Rimini's Welfare Department as part of the "Many families, one city" project, presents over twenty events throughout May. This year's theme focuses on time as care, relationship and community building.

Highlights

• 10 May 2026 – Families' Festival (Parco Sandro Pertini, Rivazzurra): an outdoor afternoon with creative workshops, play activities and meeting spaces for all ages.
• 14 May 2026 – Talk with Barbara Tamborini: "Time for care and relationship: turning educational challenges into opportunities" – practical tools for parents and educators.
• 22 May 2026 – Theatre show "Stone Soup": a family-friendly performance based on a popular tale highlighting encounter and sharing.
• 26 May 2026 – Conference "Family and digital: a pact for educating together": discussion on mindful technology use for parents, teachers and professionals.

More activities and how to join

The program also includes numerous workshops, information sessions and community events organized by local services and associations to encourage exchange and participation. The initiative connects with the national discussions on childhood and adolescence taking place in Rimini in early June.
