Meloni takes interim Tourism portfolio: “I thank Santanchè”

President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella signed the decree accepting Daniela Santanchè’s resignation and temporarily assigning the delegations of the Tourism ministry to Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

Palazzo Chigi's statement reports that Meloni spoke with the Head of State to propose taking on the interim and expressed gratitude to the outgoing minister: “I thank Santanchè, who has worked with great dedication”.
