Marche: €750,000 for village events, call opens on April 14

The Marche Region has announced a €750,000 initiative to support events and festivals in villages and historic centres. The call for proposals for the 2026 and 2027 cycles will be published on 14 April 2026.

Part of the "Marche, Region of Villages" strategy, the measure aims to enhance local cultural identity and tourism offerings while encouraging community participation and partnerships between local authorities, businesses and cultural organizations.

• Total budget: €750,000 (€375,000 for 2026 and €375,000 for 2027).
• Aims: promote local products, cultural traditions and craftsmanship; encourage off-season tourism.
• Who can apply: villages and historic centres in Marche municipalities, either individually or in aggregation, with the active involvement of associations, volunteers and local operators.

The call prioritizes projects with demonstrable socio-economic impact, that help keep traditions and community ties alive and generate economic activity across the year.
