Longari arte Milano hosts "The Art of Becoming", a solo exhibition by Malù Cruz Piani that stages a dialogue between contemporary works and the gallery’s historical masterpieces. The show examines body, material and energetic processes through sculpture and painting.

Piani’s practice channels physical experience into mark-making and material interventions: muscular dynamism and tactile memory shape gestures in clay, pigment and bronze. In this exhibition contemporary pieces converse with historical works from the gallery’s holdings, highlighting connections across time and technique.

Longari arte Milano, established in the 1950s and now housed in Palazzo Cicogna, is known for its focus on Italian primitive sculpture and a broad range of works from the Middle Ages to the twentieth century. The exhibition offers a chance to observe contemporary language interacting with artworks from different periods.
