Trees by Isacco Emiliani: photographic exhibition in Lugo

The "Trees" exhibition features 40 nighttime photographs of monumental trees in the Bassa Romagna, created over seven years and 132 nocturnal outings. The series highlights the presence, strength and fragility of these landscape witnesses.

Vernissage and main events

The opening takes place on Tuesday 19 May at 18:00, featuring a conversation between photographer Isacco Emiliani and researcher Valido Capodarca. At 20:30 the evening continues with "The 5,000-Year Olive" presentation by Marina Barham (Al Harah Theatre, Bethlehem).

Educational activities

Concurrently, from 18 May to 18 June the Youth Section of Biblioteca Trisi hosts "Magic Trees", showcasing works by school classes involved in a project on trees and the landscape.

Isacco Emiliani (Faenza, 1991) carries out visual and audiovisual projects focused on environmental sustainability and protection. After working abroad, he returns to Romagna to showcase lesser-known natural heritage through night photography.
