Lecco launches the Sustainable Development Festival

Presented on April 28 at Officina Badoni, the inaugural Sustainable Development Festival – Lecco 2026 features a distributed program of 27 events across the city and province. Organized locally by R-Evolution APS in collaboration with Officina Badoni ATS and under the patronage of the Municipality of Lecco, the festival is part of the national circuit promoted by ASviS.

The festival runs from May 6 to May 22 and aims to turn the goals of the UN 2030 Agenda into concrete, participatory experiences by networking associations, institutions, schools, businesses and citizens.

• Event types: public debates, workshops for children and young people, guided nature walks, reuse and conscious consumption initiatives, clean-up activities, cultural events and talks on inclusion and disability.
• Local partners: Laorca LAB, Casa di Quartiere, Radici a Rancio, alCUBO³, Legambiente Lecco, Officina Gerenzone, Quattordici Lab, Cooperativa PASO, Amici di Pedro, Plastic Free, Libreria Volante, Ebe Collective, Lecco Tourism, Contratto di Fiume, Cannella.cc, Save the Lake, MeloVivo and Slow Food Como-Lecco.
• Goals: to promote environmental sustainability, social inclusion, circular economy, education and youth empowerment.
