Le Bolognesi: known and unseen photographs from Antonio Masotti's archives

This exhibition gathers a selection of images from Antonio Masotti's extensive photographic collection of over 5,500 negatives and prints. The display combines well-known shots and previously unseen material to portray the women who populated Bologna's streets, arcades and urban spaces in the 1950s and 1960s.

Curated by Elena Correra and Giuseppe Savini, the show juxtaposes the local Bolognese perspective with contemporary Parisian photographs, inviting visitors to wander between local memory and international references.
