Here, the keyword is genuineness. Most of the ingredients come from local producers, and many preparations are handmade, just like in the past. Unmissable are the pallotte cacio e ova (cheese and bread dumplings) and the gnocchi with pork sauce, soft and flavorful. Meat lovers cannot miss the grilled lamb, perfectly cooked—tender inside with that crust that tastes of open fire. Also worth trying are the lamb livers and the rich boards of cured meats and cheeses, served with peppers in oil prepared by Concettina herself.

To accompany the meal, the house offers a robust Montepulciano wine, while to end on a sweet note, small chocolate pastries are served with a smile.
