Night of Museums 2026 in the X District: program and practical information
The X District of Rome presents the third edition of Night of Museums, a distributed cultural event taking place on 14, 16 and 17 May 2026. The initiative brings together museums, exhibitions and community activities along the coast to highlight local heritage, memory and participation.

- Thursday, 14 May
- Marquetry Exhibition – CSAQ, Parco del Fusco, Piazza Gregorio Ronca 22: 15:00–18:30. Free entry. Display and artisan demonstrations by Prof. Michele Sinisi.
- Saturday, 16 May
- Insect Museum – Via Martin Pescatore 66, Castel Fusano: sessions at 18:00 and 19:00. Reservation required. A parcours within the Litorale Romano nature reserve.
- Padlock Museum – CSAQ Casal Bernocchi, Via Guido Biagi 24: entry from 20:30, event starts at 21:00. Free entry.
- Digital and Distributed Museum of the Tiber Delta – Ostia historic centre: from 20:30, access by reservation. Program theme: “OSTIA: Roman Barocchetto, eclecticism, abstract poetry”.
- Agostinelli Museum – Via Carlo Casini 95, Dragona: 20:30–22:30, two reservation-based sessions. Focus on popular tradition.

- Officine del Mare – Borghetto dei Pescatori, via del Canale di Castel Fusano 11/13, Ostia: 17:30–23:00. Immersive maritime culture experience; reservation mandatory.
- Toy Collection Museum – CSAQ Il Sommergibile, Viale del Sommergibile 71, Lido di Ostia: 10:30–18:30. Free entry.
- 19th‑Century Historical Dances – Sala Riario, Borghetto di Ostia Antica: 16:00. Performance by the Academy of Victorian Dance.
- CRT – Ecomuseum of the Roman Coast – Polo Ostiense “Maria Pia Melandri”, Via del Fosso di Dragoncello 172: guided tours at 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00. Free entry by reservation. Multimedia screenings: “Imago Ostiae” and “Imago Portus”.

- Historical‑photographic Exhibition of the Casette Pater – Torretta, Largo del Capelvenere 1, Acilia: 10:00–13:00. Free entry.
