The evening featured a musical performance by soprano Desirée Migliaccio from the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, who sang "La Vergine degli Angeli" from Verdi’s La forza del destino while accompanying herself on a historic pipe organ built in 1791 by the Giuseppe Gallo workshop.

Inge Kress Di Scala’s pieces are marked by precise graphic lines and an ethereal sense of movement. The works portray angels associated with elements such as snow, wind, sea and music, inviting viewers into a mystical, fairytale-like realm while showcasing the artist’s mastery of graphic techniques.

The exhibition also highlights the connection between the artist’s personal vision and local tradition: the angel—kept in the Visitapoveri church throughout the year—serves as a unifying motif that bridges devotion, community memory and artistic practice.
