Forest immersion in Lessinia – Camposilvano (Velo Veronese)

On Saturday, 11 April 2026 at 09:45 a guided forest immersion will take place in the Lessinia Regional Natural Park. The activity follows the TEFFIT protocol (Italian Forest Therapies) and offers a structured approach to support physical and mental wellbeing through direct contact with the woodland environment.

• Note: this outing does not include yoga or mindfulness sessions.
