Trentino hosts Giro d'Italia, Giro Women and Giro‑E: stages, dates and local events

The Trentino region prepares for a busy cycling period combining sport and territorial promotion. Between 27 May and 4 June 2026 the province will host stages of the Giro d'Italia, the Giro‑E and a leg of the Giro Women, accompanied by side events for residents and visitors.

• 27 May 2026: 17th stage of the Giro d'Italia finishing in Andalo; the route starts in Lombardy and enters Trentino at Ponte Caffaro, passing through towns such as Tione, Preore, Stenico, San Lorenzo Dorsino and Molveno.
• 27 May 2026: Giro‑E stage from Tione di Trento to Andalo with activities focused on e‑bikes and family participation.
• 28 May 2026: restart from Fai della Paganella, transit through Trento and the Valsugana up to Pieve di Soligo.
• 4 June 2026: Giro d'Italia Women departs from Ala with passages through Chizzola, Mori and Nago and an expected finish in Brescello.

Alongside the races, the local programme includes events such as Giroland, Andalo Pink Village and the Fai Village, cultural meetings, screenings and family activities. Local authorities and organisers aim to turn the race into an opportunity to showcase the Trentino valleys, lakes and mountains, highlighting lesser-known villages and routes.
