Municipality of Russi seeks 4 young participants for Erasmus+ “Employment Next Gen Heroes”

The Municipality of Russi is recruiting four participants for the Erasmus+ training course “Employment Next Gen Heroes”, focused on developing soft skills and the role of youth workers in promoting employability and social inclusion in remote areas. The course will take place from 15 to 21 June 2026 in Aldeia de São Sebastião (Portugal).

Working language: English. Eligibility: applicants must be over 18 and resident in Italy (residence in Russi is a preferential criterion).

• Requirements: age 18+, good English, willingness to take part in all activities;
• Preferences: residents of Russi, youth workers (professional or qualified volunteers); gender balance will be taken into account in selection;
• Participating countries: Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia and Turkey.

Costs and reimbursements: funded by Erasmus+, the project covers food, accommodation and training; travel expenses are reimbursed up to €309.00 upon presentation of receipts (tickets, boarding passes, invoices). Travel must start and return to a location in Italy. Participants may arrive up to 2 days before and depart up to 2 days after the project (additional days at participants' expense).
