From 27 March to 29 June 2026 Palazzo Bonaparte presents an extensive retrospective devoted to Katsushika Hokusai, a leading figure of Ukiyo-e. The show gathers roughly 200 works covering the artist's key subjects: landscapes, scenes of Edo-period life and studies focused on water.

The retrospective offers a clear path through Hokusai's artistic development, from popular book illustrations to the mature paintings and prints for which he is famous.
