International Days of Houses of Memory and Museums of Notable Personalities

Following strong public interest, the International Days of Houses of Memory and museums of notable personalities schedule an additional round of special openings on 25 and 26 April 2026. The event connects over a hundred house-museums across Italy, offering access to homes, studios and collections linked to prominent figures in culture and history.

• Tuscany: Casa Museo Ivan Bruschi (Arezzo); Museo Pietro Annigoni (Anghiari, AR); Casa Museo Franco e Lidia Luciani (Florence); Puccini Museum — Casa Natale (Lucca); Villa Reale di Marlia (Capannori, LU); Casa Museo Leonetto Tintori (Prato); Casa Studio Quinto Martini (Seano, Carmignano, PR).

Dates: 25–26 April 2026. Several venues are offering extra visiting slots to accommodate requests not met during the first weekend.

The initiative is promoted by the National Association of Houses of Memory, supported by the Ministry of Culture and in collaboration with international museum committees and networks. National media partners support communication, while regional sponsors and foundations back local programs.
