FAI Spring Days in Cherasco: explore the city's monuments
On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2026 Cherasco hosts the FAI Spring Days, a weekend focused on historic buildings and monuments. Local delegations, volunteers and young guides will open normally closed spaces to the public, offering guided visits and thematic routes.

Open sites and thematic route
- Town Hall (Palazzo Comunale): visit to the Council Chamber and, exceptionally, the Mayor's office, both notable for their interior decoration.
- Palazzo Gotti di Salerano (Adriani Museum): reopening of frescoed rooms and historic interiors previously closed to the public.
- Palazzo del Monte di Pietà (Historical Archive): a journey through ancient documents and parchments revealing local anecdotes.
- Church of Sant'Agostino: admire Baroque artistry, including works by Sebastiano Taricco, in a usually inaccessible setting.
- Route "Between history and devotion": guided walk from the Santuario della Madonnina to San Pietro, via the Viale Napoleonico, the Visconti Castle and the garden of Casa Lagorio.

- Opening hours: Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 (last entry 17:30).
- Departures: guided visits to individual sites every 30 minutes; thematic route every 60 minutes.
- Meeting point: FAI welcome desk in front of the Tourist Office. Volunteers will organise groups and provide information.
- Suggested contributions: single site €5 (€3 for FAI members); itinerary €10 (€8 for FAI members).
- Membership and renewals: new members who join during the event will enjoy priority access during the weekend; card renewals receive guest access to one chosen site.
- Donations: contributions collected during the event support the conservation and protection of cultural heritage.
