FAI Spring Days 2026 in Tuscany

On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2026 the FAI Spring Days return, a national event focused on the preservation and promotion of cultural and landscape heritage. In Tuscany, 27 sites — including historic palaces, villas, churches and small museums — will be open to visitors thanks to the work of FAI volunteers and the Apprendisti Ciceroni (young guides).

Why attend

The FAI Spring Days are an opportunity to visit places that are often closed to the public or little known, and to learn about local history through guided tours. Access is by voluntary contribution: donations support conservation and maintenance of cultural assets.

• San Casciano in Val di Pesa (FI): Villa del Cigliano.
• Grosseto / Castiglione della Pescaia: Towers along the former Cavalleggeri customs route.
