On Tuesday, May 5, the final of the Tassoni Mocktail Competition 2026 was held at Vòce Aimo e Nadia. The event crowned Italy’s top non‑alcoholic mixology talents after an eight‑stop tour involving over 100 bartenders.
The judging panel — including industry leaders Patrick Pistolesi, Leonardo Leuci and Giorgio Fadda — rewarded entries that paired technical skill with creativity. The winning drink, featuring Chinotto Bio Tassoni and natural aromatics such as black cardamom velvet and verbena, was noted for its balanced flavor profile and mindful approach.
Matteo Lunelli, Tassoni’s President, said the competition reinforces the company’s commitment to promoting non‑alcoholic mixology — a growing trend that is elevating artisanal sodas and soft drinks on premium venue drink lists.
The second edition of the competition highlights both technical innovation and Italian production identity: Tassoni, a historic brand from Salò on Lake Garda, emphasizes natural aromas and in‑house production, bringing products like Cedrata Tassoni and Chinotto Bio to the forefront of the alcohol‑free drinking culture.
