Feel The Void — Group exhibition on emptiness

When: 01/04/2026 - 17/04/2026

Where: Upsilon Gallery, Via Gastone Pisoni 2, Milan

Upsilon Gallery presents Feel The Void, an exhibition developed for Milan Art Week 2026 that investigates emptiness as a sensory experience and a space of potential. The show stages works that merge with the gallery architecture and others that deliberately interrupt perception, creating shifts in density and silence.

Artists on display

  • Loris Cecchini
  • Matija Čop
  • Eascker
  • Julia Gault
  • Ann Greene Kelly
  • Kohei Nawa
  • Alena Olasyuk
  • Chim Pom
  • Super Surface
  • Jeremie Thircuir
  • Yuji Ueda

About 43 pieces — sculptures, installations and videos — inhabit the gallery. Many works are entirely white and blur the boundary between object and exhibition space, while others create moments of formal density that reshape the visitor's route.

Highlighted works and interventions

  • Matija Čop — a suspended piece in EVA emphasizing lightness and subtle presence.
  • Loris Cecchini — a vibrating installation that crosses the central wall, engaging movement and surface.
  • Jeremie Thircuir — porcelain sculptures that delicately replicate fruits and vegetables.
  • Ann Greene Kelly and Super Surface — works that introduce formal density and interruption in the sequence.
  • Alena Olasyuk & Eascker — a sound installation that expands the perception of emptiness into the auditory field.

The exhibition encourages slow looking: what may seem like an empty gallery reveals itself as a charged field of relationships among works, architecture and visitors. The public's movement becomes an active component of the display.

Practical information

Opening hours: Tuesday–Saturday 11:00–19:00; Monday by appointment.

Admission: check the gallery for any visitor guidelines before attending.
