Summer 2026: four artists, four venues

An itinerant summer exhibition brings together four international women artists. The shows range from painting to site-specific installations and sensory materials, turning visits into participatory experiences designed to converse with historic museum settings.

  • Gradara — Bongsu Park: "The Flowers of Memory" (6 June – 5 July 2026). At MARV – Museo d’Arte Rubini Vesin, the Korean artist uses plants, scents and textures to engage smell, touch and sight, making memory tangible.
  • Perugia — Araminta Blue: "Venti Trasversali" (13 June – 26 July 2026). At Palazzo della Penna, painting interacts with architectural layers and mythic imagery to investigate motherhood, fate and the body as a porous threshold.
  • San Marino — Ndidi Emefiele: "Unstoppable" (20 June – 3 September 2026). At Palazzo SUMS, the exhibition combines painting, collage and traditional African materials to rethink female representation through power, identity and resilience.
  • Siena — Teodora Axente: site-specific installation and Palio banner (8 August 2026). At the Museo Civico Palazzo Pubblico, the intervention responds to Ambrogio Lorenzetti’s fresco cycle, merging contemporary practice with historic heritage.
