Art, history and farm-brewed beer in Costigliole Saluzzo and Piasco

A day dedicated to the territory brings together historic sites and agricultural supply chains: on Sunday 19 April a cultural itinerary in Costigliole Saluzzo will be followed by a visit to the Birrificio Agricolo Kauss in Piasco, concluding with a tasting.

The event, promoted by Cia Agricoltori Italiani of Cuneo, aims to showcase local monuments and agricultural products through an on-site experience.

• Meeting point: 10:00 AM in the courtyard of the Costigliole Saluzzo Town Hall.
• Guided tour: about three hours with guide Monica Giraudo: Palazzo Giriodi di Monastero, Palazzo Sarriod de La Tour and the ancient Crypt with frescoes by Hans Clemer.
• Transfer: roughly 2 km by private transport to Birrificio Agricolo Kauss (Piasco).
• At the brewery: visit to the farm-brewery and tasting of beers produced from ingredients grown on the farm.
